1. Measure three/8s of an inch from the rear fringe of the front left door with a tape measure. Place a bit of masking tape on the door with the forefront of the tape resting on the three/eight-inch mark of the tape measure. Measure 9-3/8 inches down from the body line on the entrance of the door and place one other piece of masking tape for this dimension. Measure 9-15/sixteen inches down from the physique line at the bottom of the door. Place another piece of tape for this dimension.
2. Pull the two finish pieces of backing paper from the top left side of the physique protector. Pull every end of the remaining backing paper away from the physique protector roughly 1-1/2 inches. Stick a piece of masking tape on every of the four unfastened ends.
3. Clean the area of the physique panel between the pieces of masking tape with the alcohol prep pad included with the physique protector. Align the physique protector with the masking tape you applied to the door. Press the protector firmly against the door panel. Pull off the taped items of backing paper from behind the body protector. Roll a rubber roller along the body protector.
4. Measure three-15/16 inches down from the entrance bottom edge of the installed physique protector with the tape measure and place a chunk of masking tape there. Repeat the process to find a second piece of masking tape close to the again of the physique protector.
5. Prepare and install the lower entrance left door physique protector using the method described for the top body protector.
6. Measure 1/four of an inch again from the front fringe of the left rear door with the tape measure and place a chunk of masking tape there. Measure 9-15/sixteen inches down from the physique line at the front of the rear door and place another piece of tape there. Measure 10-three/sixteen inches down from the physique line behind the rear left door and place one other piece of tape there.
7. Connect the physique protector to the Ridgeline utilizing the strategy described for the higher body protector of the front left door.
8. Measure 3-15/16 inches down from the put in upper molding and place two items of tape as described for the front door’s lower physique protector.
9. Install the decrease rear left door’s body protector as described above.
10. Attach the proper facet physique protectors using the same dimensions and strategies described for the left side of your Ridgeline.
